The traditional fruit bun ticks all of the boxes for purists, with macerated sultanas, cinnamon, star anise and other spices while the decadent choc chip flavour replaces the fruit for rich, dark chocolate pieces.

The mulled wine buns take the essence of a mulled wine recipe; spices, cinnamon, raisins and candied orange peel, minus the vin, so the kids can get in on the fun too.

In true Gontran Cherrier fashion, each hot cross bun is made with pure, unrefined T45 Bagetelle French flour and French butter, resulting in a light textured dough with an unmistakable richness of flavour, so you’ll be forgiven for indulging in the whole range.
